This was inserted into a moulded plastic plug: These are for the rear speakers of a small 5.1 system I purchased a few weeks ago, and it is now time to hook these up. However, I need to make this wire longer, as the 7m of cable supplied just isn't enough The speaker end of this wire is directly attached inside the speaker, and the amp end is as above. My first plan was to cut each wire twice, and insert another length of wire, but I'd like to avoid making any more joins than necessary. If I can identify and obtain some more of the above connectors, I can make a single join to each cable, and then terminate onto the crimped connector, and slot back into the moulded plug. Can anyone help?
