On cruising through JBHiFi recently I noticed they had the Onkyo TX-NR515 and 616 at 20% off. This brings them into a pretty good price bracket for the feature sets they have.However, due to being burnt in the past, I hit the forums for reviews and problems. There is quite a lot of comment about these models having a somewhat flaky hdmi processor. Problems mainly centred around failure of the video out from the primary hdmi out (still has audio), necessitating at the least depowering the receiver or a factory reset. The units have had two firmware updates but still the problems are being reported.Any owners care to comment on whether they have experienced any of the above? Or about the receivers in general.
