Help choosing a TV for the in-laws

I am looking for a replacement TV for the in-laws. Cost is not a huge factor for them but they do have other special requirements. Can anyone point me in the right direction of a TV with all or most of the following specs.

65", probably not smaller

4k HDR

They would like to access all the UK TV Apps (BBC iPlayer, 4OD, ITV) as well as Netflix and Youtube. I have set them up with a DNS service and the UK apps on their old Samsung TV so they are used to that. They like the setup where they can use one remote and not have to cast to the TV.

The real tricky part to find is a TV with multiple audio output. My MIL finds it hard to hear a TV unless it super loud and zero bass. She would like to use wireless headphones while the rest of us can listen on the TV speakers or soundbar at a normal level. I know that usually plugging in headphones will disable all other sound but I have heard there are models that will over come this, buggered if I can find any though.

Any help would be appreciated.
