TV died, Advice on new one. $1500

Hey my old Samsung PS50C6500TM died tonight so I am in need of getting a replacement.

It had been on the way out for a while (sometimes would turn on with audio only and a black screen, also had a couple of coloured vertical lines) so i had been looking at what was around.

What im looking for is 55" 4k HDR would like android TV

Short list is

TCL 55C6US

Panasonic TH-55FX600Z

Sony KD55X7500F

Any advice on those options? other suggestions? Probably leaning toward the TCL

Edit i see that Harvey Norman have the Sony KD55X8500F for $1500 (7500 for $1100). whats the difference between the 7500 and 8500?
