Hi there. Looking at getting an HDMI enable AV Receiver in the next couple of months. Was origianlly leaning towards Yamaha or Denon but they are getting up there price wise. The Onkyo looks good feature wise - but they seem to have a bit of a history for over heating and/or general unreliability. Have an Apple TV so not too bothered re Airplay. Around $790 at JB Hi-Fi. What would you recommend say for up to a grand or so?
