Experiences with the Yamaha YID-W10 wireless receiver?

Hey guysI have a Yamaha RX-V667 receiver hooked up to Mission M35i speakers, and I have a 160gb ipod classic which is getting pretty full of lossless quality music. All these are lossless CD rips converted to m4a (don't use itunes).Up until now I've been using the YDS-12 wired ipod dock, which sends a digital signal to the receiver and the sound quality is excellent. The main problem is navigating the ipod: it's very very hard now that I have a few thousand tracks. I could have the TV on and that would make navigation easy, but I prefer to have a quiet, dark room to listen to my music in. I'm also not willing to fork out for a NAS/DLNA setup, and in any case this would add devices and noise to the room. I do have a laptop with XBMC hooked up to the receiver and I can navigate that remotely for some SACD FLACs - works quite well from the couch with the laptop screen, but it's fan can drive me crazy.Looking at the YID-W10 which is Yamaha's proprietary dock to send uncompressed music to the receiver, I should be able to navigate from the couch using the ipod itself. But I'm concerned by some of the comments on Amazon. Mainly that there are signal drops whenever some people even move in the room. Other issues like some video playback problems don't bother me.The same room has my wireless router in it, and unfortunately I'm stuck with the 2.4 GHz frequency as none of my wifi devices are 5 Ghz enable.A bluetooth setup won't be acceptable because it compresses the audio.Just wondering what people's experiences have been with the YID-W10?Thanks!
