Need to get a blu-ray/HDD recorder in the next few months as putting a projector in my new house and want to be able to watch some freeview footage and with Sommet now broadcasting recording that would be useful. Looking like the Panasonic's are the way to go but have a couple of choices. I can go with the new BWT835 ($999), PWT530 ($699) or last years BWT720 ($699), leaning towards the new PWT530 as don't think there is anything that I need on the BWT835 but between the others not so sure, burning to blu-ray doesn't worry me but is the newer model PWT530 better than last years BWT720? Obviously it was the top model but be interested to know if there was improvements that would make the PWT530 a better option.Anyone who has been through the process I'd be keen to hear what one you went with and why.
