I have a Samsung Plasma TV, Series 4+ model. The User Manual refers to the wireless dingles available to connect the TV to the internet, but doesn't specifically state which models are compatible.When I go through the on-screen settings, the Network Settings Menu is highlighted as available, and clicking on it brings up the usual DNS/router/password type fields, and will start searching for a netwrok. Cancel out of that and a message says that before searching for a wifi connection I have to insert the Samsung wifi USB dongle.So, (1) does this mean I could use the wifi dongle, or (2) the Manual and Firmware simply covers a lot of TV models including those that can't use the wifi dongle?I cannot yet locate a specific statement on Samsung's site/s stating which models are compatible.R.
