I have a QNAP TS-212 and a WDTV Live media extender, connected via a wired network through a Thomson Speedtouch 580. Photos of certain shapes (eg 4:3) on TV were shown in low resolution; and later other picture ratios also rendered in low resolution. Recently, a further fault: music files are played for a few seconds then re-started from the beginning, and not played right to the end.Video is ok at the moment (but watch this space...?)I seek an Auckland IT technician for hire, who has good previous experience in these things. Not a geek myself , so if you know for sure how to fix this I will value your advice, copy it for future use, but will be unlikely to try using it myself. ... thanks
