Hi, please bear in mind I am not technical minded at all. I have owned this Hard drive for about 8 months. It is a WD 1TB. I use for downloaded movies only. It is usually plugged into TV in lounge or Xbox in room. In the past weekend I took it away with me and some family copied movies off it. Since I've come home it is not being detected on either Tv or Xbox but shows up on my laptop straight away (Mac). It does show up after awhile and after some turning on and off of devices but its random and I don't know why it isn't just showing up. Can anyone help me with what might be causing the problem and how I can fix it? Thank you in advance.
